Mid night bed wetting

An female adult relative of mine has informed me that she gets bedwetting in the midnight regularly and hence she has to get up every night in the midnight.she is shy of going to doctor.Any solution?

Bed wetting in adult patient is uncommon. If this is since early childhood than treatment differs. If this is of recent onset than she need to be evaluated by a Gynecologist. General measures to be followed are 1. Minimal water intake after 4pm 2. Avoid tea/coffee/cola after 4pm ...
